The firm was established in 2007 under the name “Newhouse Rusin” – the names of its founding partners; to provide comprehensive tax and accounting services to entrepreneurial business owners and independent professionals.
From that nucleus, we’ve grown and developed into a full-service boutique-style accounting firm providing high-quality, innovative, value-added services to our diverse client base. Notwithstanding our growth and diversification, the firm retains its specialism in tax advisory.
In 2016, the firm was renamed Innovo, a name derived from Latin origins that embodies and exemplifies the innovative and refreshing character of the work that we do. By choosing a non-personalized name, we are one of the few CPA firms in Canada that have chosen to do so.
